The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do - Steve Jobs
let’s make it happen.
what is service enterprise?
An organization that leverages volunteers & their skills to deliver its social mission successfully. These high-performing organizations have deeply integrated volunteers into their strategic initiatives & organizational infrastructure, thereby allowing them to expand their budget, increase efficiencies, and maximize effectiveness in fulfilling their mission. As a result, volunteers contribute to the organization's mission and change its core economics, making it more adaptable, sustainable, and impactful!
Good Strategies is proud to partner with the Points of Light and Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (ALIVE) as South Carolina's first and only Service Enterprise Training and Implementation Center.
How to Get Started
At Good Strategies, we recommend starting with the Diagnostic & Debrief. This will give you a clear picture of where your volunteer program stands, and help you identify areas for improvement. Once the results are in, we’ll work with you to figure out the next best steps—whether that’s targeted support in certain areas, or moving forward with full accreditation.
If you’re ready to enhance your volunteer program and make a bigger impact in your community, contact us today. We’ll help guide you through the process, every step of the way.
