Our Mission.

Good Strategies is committed to driving change in the Charleston Region by connecting businesses, nonprofits and individuals to our community through the power of volunteerism.

“Kids On Point has greatly benefited from our partnership with Good Strategies in strengthening and enhancing our volunteer program. With over 80 college-aged volunteers supporting nearly 500 students annually, we knew we needed a more structured, strategic approach to ensure consistency, alignment, and long-term impact.

Good Strategies helped us take a deep dive into every aspect of our volunteer engagement, from recruitment and onboarding to training, retention, and recognition. Their team guided us through a thoughtful process that will allow us to streamline our systems, clarify roles, and create more meaningful experiences for both our volunteers and students.

This partnership has helped lay the groundwork for a scalable volunteer model that will support Kids On Point as we grow across the state. We’re incredibly grateful to Good Strategies for their insight, dedication, and partnership. Their support will make a lasting difference in our organization.”
